PROCESS INVOLVED IN MANUFACTURING  

1.  Different types and grades of Thermoplastic and Thermosetting molding powder is feeded into different dies
    (molding Tools).  The molding made then deburred and machined if required.

2.  Sheets, Sections, Rods, Tubes, Shapes and parts of copper Brass, Bronze Aluminum its alloys and M.S.,
     S.S., are either blanked, bend, machined embossed, threaded drilled or deburred  etc., as per the
     requirements of the end use.  They are electroplated or painted if required.

3. The parts after the operation specified in (2) above is assembled in the various mould made from items (1)/
    porcelain of above procured as inputs along with nonferrous – ferrous components or parts screws, nut, bolts,
    washer, strips hardware etc. etc. procure as inputs.

4. The material is then batch wise physically inspected and tested mechanical & electrically after packing in
    plastic bags followed by cardboard Box and finally tested for dispatch and labeled to make it a finished product.

5. As and Where Necessary, We ask (from suppliers records) and keep records of Quality Assurance for Raw
   Materials, Work-In-Process & Finished Goods.

TO OUR VALUED  CLIENTS  IF REQUIRE

DESIGN / DRAWING / SAMPLE FOR THEIR APPROVAL AND CLIENTS INSPECTING ENGINEER (INSPECTION ENGINEER)
IS ASSOCIATED IN ALL STAGES OF PRODUCTION ENGINEER WHEREVER CUSTOMER HOLD POINT IS  INDICATED.
